Consider us upgraded

The upgrade wasn’t totally uneventful, but overall, all’s well that ends well.  Nothing really unnerving, just a few unexpected things.  That’s when collective human logic, experience and all that marine-style training start kicking in.

Now we get a few more notches in our belts!

The next time the tape drive doesn’t seem to be working properly during the middle of a software upgrade “recovery tape backup” procedure, we’ll all be yawning and saying ‘oh yeah, seen that one before…’
